MIMI SCOPPETTONE - OWNER/PARTNER, SALES
MiMi does sales estimates and tree management plans as well
as preparing impact reports and making presentations to
various organizations and homeowners groups. She is a Certified
Arborist with extensive horticultural experience, having
founded Far West Nursery & Landscaping in the early
70's. Prior to forming Nature First, she was an arborist
for two of San Jose's largest tree companies. She loves
to share her knowledge with every customer because putting
nature first means having a full appreciation of all the
benefits of professional arbor care. Certified Arborist

JEREMY NAMA - OWNER/PARTNER, OPERATIONS
You'll find Jeremy in the trees, pruning and cabling and
supervising equipment maintenance and safety management.
He has a solid understanding of tree anatomy, function,
shaping and diagnostic health. He continues to raise public
awareness of tree conditions and oversees Nature First's
commitment to the education and certification of all our
employees.
DICK SCOPPETTONE - OWNER/PARTNER, MARKETING
MiMi's husband Dick handles the company's advertising and
graphic design and manages the customer database, quarterly
newsletter and website.
AMY NAMA - OWNER/PARTNER, ACCOUNTING
While Amy's husband Jeremy makes the money, she spends it.
In addition to handling company finances, Amy oversees human
resources and staffing for Nature First.
JOE NAMA - FOREMAN, SAFETY OFFICER
Jeremy's brother Joe has been a Certified Arborist for fifteen
years with extensive experience on municipal and corporate
sites. He conducts the company's safety program. Certified

SHAD WILLIAMS - SALES
As a fourth generation tree worker, Shad began his career with Santa Cruz' oldest tree company. Now, along with MiMi, he's one of Nature First's chief estimators. Certified
